My First Time in Costa Rica | best friends trip to samara

so we got peta no we got ashley we got nick that's our imaginary friend like got delayed twice so we're now an hour behind but we're headed to costa rica i'm so excited hey i'm parker hi i'm ashley hi i'm awesome ashley good morning from costa rica i can barely believe i'm actually saying that i've always wanted to come to costa rica not only am i in costa rica i'm in costa rica with six of my best friends and we're about to have the best week hello fun fact about costa rica it makes up for 0.03 of the world's surface but six percent of the world's biodiversity so it's just this incredible country with beautiful different trees and foliage and wildlife and just stunning beaches i am a california got heart i thrive in sunshine and saltwater and i've been living in a cold city for too long now we're here for about six nights we are staying in samara in costa rica which is on the pacific side we flew into liberia but really had to say surf lessons just to swim and just to kind of like reconnect with nature but also to do with some of my best friends which i'm just so grateful that we're able to even be able to do that i figured of course i'd do a little travel vlog of experience to show you guys what we get up to as well as some of my favorite spots in the area in case you want to come to this part of costa rica just basically and explore this town explore the coastline i already saw a monkey which i'm very excited about there's lots of monkeys in the area let's go explore this morning me gabby and nick got up pretty bright and early because we're gonna take surf lessons which i'm very excited about we're gonna have a fun day exploring with the whole friend group we rented two golf carts because there's like seven of us definitely gonna check out some beaches go on some hikes adventure dad how'd it go nicholas man of many talents i know dallas and texas how was it for you oh my god it was amazing it was better than i thought you did good confidence baby so daddy grew up in australia i grew up in california we've had experience this man was his third time and he was far better than both of us and i'm annoyed about it but you know what that's okay we're gonna get that be safe kids father parker and his blazing buggy we're ready to ride oh the queen is off oh yeah there she goes we've got the girls cart grapes lettuce mangoes papaya go find the boys cards ugly ugly poor loco we also got some pedialyte in there so it's smart hi state we are on our way to playa how are you i believe i don't speak any spanish for a little beach day with the crew stay until sunset watch the sun says have a whole day could be great who will be singing hello hello i have done a trash job of vlogging me and ashley are sleepover buddies which is cute today was delightful we are in samara oh hi come on in i was just saying i look like we were sleepover buddies had like a really really long beach day which was lovely i missed that it felt very nostalgic to like when i lived in california in the past so it was very nice to kind of get back to that i forgot how good that feels now we're gonna go for a little dinner just a very cute little chill vacation day i'll show you the fit cutie little dress the usual day two of surfing we're going back to pedo's sister school we got some first-timers how y'all feeling i've already practiced my pop-up oh you did how'd it go you i can tell i'm ready to shred yeah she's got the fit wait thank you oh my gosh oh i feel so good right now i feel so at peace way more than new york ever makes me feel i have such a love-hate relationship with that city it's so bittersweet even though i don't see myself leaving new york don't worry i still love new york i really do miss like being in nature so much more and being around the ocean it just makes me feel so grounded and brings me so much joy today was a really lovely chill day we did surfing in the morning we came back a lot of us read by the pool we're really just taking it easy here which is so nice to finally slow down the gals came to this really beautiful beach and then the guys um went into samara to like get some drinks and we're going to meet them there now it's just so so beautiful having sunset dips is like keeping my happiness it's so cool getting to be in costa rica for the first time it's such a stunning place i know i'm not going to get to see nearly enough on this trip i will be back i would love to come back and like do a proper road trip but this is more of like slow trip with friends taking it easy unwinding i feel like costa rica is an incredible place to come back to him and do a proper adventure trip like there's so much to see and do me and my gay oh that was beautiful each day yes it was so lovely we've been coming excuse me from the top and we were all saying why don't we live close to the water we're so much happier here the nervous system is at peace you're feeling grounded healthy this is so cute it's really giving white lotus but say something like crazy on command what what are you going to do what are you doing not the thing yeah that's right one should never let believe it okay what are you talking about you're the one that wants to start drama tonight take off your hats let's go uneven here yeah i faced in my hair because it's not perfect all the time okay you life is about imperfections you look like an almond at least almond joys are good at least i don't have any dish i can process yeah we go to the moon selfishness good morning i forgot my vlog camera so we're going with the phone to bed i'm pretty late last night you should probably guess from the clips from last evening but my body clock woke me up so i figured i'd do a little exploring and i'm currently walking to the closest beach and kind of taking in like the different foliage and trees and the plants and the sounds of the birds it's really beautiful and calming i definitely much prefer traveling with friends but it's also really sweet to find little moments of solitude just be able to kind of either decompress and unwind to let my brain kind of just like simmer down i feel like i'm able to kind of like uncover new things and like process new thoughts that may be in the hustle and bustle of new york kind of get pushed down otherwise or it's nice just to clear your head and go for a walk hello from me and gabby spiced stuff shout out to pato definitely check them out yeah like that was the first time in a really long time where i like caught proper waves it's kind of amazing as well because every single lesson like we feel such yeah and that was one of our goals while coming here i was like if we're gonna have somewhere warm let's come somewhere warm with waves we can take lessons and we actually did it honestly all righty elena being uh you know pretty pretty good driver we're kind of racing because we want to check out this other beach today um it's a bit farther away but we want to catch a sunset which sets in like an hour that is my update that was so beautiful it's look um taken winner i'm not the one that i said is a beautiful day hey y'all hey it's parker and elena i look like a corpse right now because it's giving cute granny oh my god that cute ass man oh forget it oh my god look at him i'm not being discreet don't look over here sir oh my god like so i want that any crow streaking men out there please please combined parker i'm eren yeager we got peter peter what are we gonna do now for our last day we're gonna get dressed take some pictures on some rocks probably come back to dinner here because dinner dance yeah and then dance party a night out and tomorrow it's your turn oh this is okay everyone looks sexy and everyone looks like they're going to a completely different event this reminds me i don't know if this is a thing on the east coast but on the west coast everyone goes with their family and they like dress up in white and take photos of the beach it's like that but like the gay extra children it's like white shirt blue pants nick is ready family photo it's our final night and we decided to come for sunset to be able to take it in it's stunning out as you can probably tell let's get some group pick and then go for a cutie little dinner
