This video is up a little late but I had such a lovely time in South Korea checking out different wellness sites with the Korea Board of Tourism. We visited Seoul, Wonju, and Jeju Island and I fell even more in love with this beautiful country. Hope you enjoy xoxo

Walker health hotel and we are currently scoping out their pool it is so oh look at this view so we're kind of learning as we go a little bit more about Korean culture and one thing that we kind of touched on and part of the reason why we're doing this well in a circuit there's been a bit of a wellness boom because it's just such a work heavy picture where for so many years people just worked in work Jorgen did not focus on their health especially after the war there wasn't a lot of chance to get out in nature because so much of that had been destroyed and more recent years Koreans have gotten much more into being conscious of their diet of exercising of spending time outside meditating instead of just focusing on work which I like that I think it's similar in the states to a certain extent where wellness is finally kind of getting more popular especially in a place like New York City where the Hustle is like everyone's main focus I think it's really beautiful to be reminded of how important it is to take time for yourself get out in nature so it's just really cool to hear another culture really focusing on it so happy look at these leads I can't I can't handle it and all miksa so we are currently about an hour and a half two hours outside of Seoul Rapp museum sand right now or likely Museum of meditation it smells incredible these flowers that are giving off the sweetest most lovely scent there's a little note out of the background Sun stands for space art in nature their slogan is just connect to connect which i think is beautiful about just let it go getting out to nature just like the paying attention to your senses so peaceful I feel so calm and just the Zen here right now they say to that part and architecture here is basically harmonized with nature to kind of reflect and change at the seasons right now it's fall so fall colors are in full swing I gotta feel like I'm gonna Star Trek speech a brief as mentioned the item here's the room we stayed in last night very minimalistic there is an I tried to make the beds as good as they did not quite we are currently up in the mountains this spot is really interesting it's kind of almost like a digital detox type of situation where when you show up there's no service there's no Wi-Fi thank you view these little outfits to wear so everyone's wearing the exact same thing and it's kind of a space just to like fully clear your head we're not service for quite some time so it's been a good little detox moment when I pulled up I'm like I'm fine don't take my service away I'm not addicted we're just waking up I realized I had a lot more clarity and just was able to kind of enjoy like the light as the Sun rose we woke up really early and so now we're gonna go get breakfast they said it's a porridge so I'll be sure to fill you in on how simple it truly is I feel like we're in like a fellowship there true that's a sauna of meditation and we have to walk last night we got true like half mile up that hill in the dark to get here and there's like nothing in this room there's the beds over there there's so and then just just before this is sunny on Cape I think this is a meditation cave if you're trying to morning we had the little breakfast and we just did some cute stretches because we're about to go through a walk through the forest and it's called a meditation forest walk in there and end it at the meditation cave or basically just focusing on mindfulness there's no talking under in the walk she said just like focus on your thoughts and focus on taking in the sensory experience being in a forest which i think is really cool patience on your skin and while you are walking jiya ja hello everybody hey we're gonna get hit by a cute little car hello we're just leaving Helios petioles we came in a little bit skeptical just because the transition from where we were before to this was like so stark dramatic but we end up loving it so much when you're talking about it this morning and we were like it's really once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to come somewhere like this where the nature is just like so overwhelming almost it's gorgeous just like tucked away in the mountains of South Korea with no service no distractions even down to our clothing we did like body scanning meditation and we did one where we like lay down and we were both like slipping in and out of consciousness ocat and falling asleep and becoming sozin take away thoughts are to meditate more yes to walk more and really just like slow down and look around and as cliche as it sounds stop enjoy look at the trees just only think about like what you're doing in that exact moment that okay oh it's in there we're going back to Seoul grant let's Paradise Hotel this is the roughest dinner you
