thank you Ivan's been at the top of my travel bucket list for years so when my friend Jacob voted the idea of an Irish road trip to me literally just a week ago I was all in I've always been fascinated by its Landscapes and Viber culture and I also actually have quite a bit of ancestry tied to this country as well so we've decided to try to plan the ultimate five-day Road Trip Around Ireland to experience as much as we can so I flew into Dublin last night and we drove straight to Cork where we're starting our adventure hello from first full day of the road trip we got Jacob in the back and we just drove from Cork to Blarney Castle I am in heaven I've been related much like medieval tourism I guess like I haven't really seen this kind of sights before I love my period piece shows or my like more mythical shows like lord of rings Game of Thrones yeah so this is really just doing something for my little history loving and film loving heart lock them up I like that that's right that's right what was your crime driving on the wrong side of the road yeah oh my God they're kissing it you're doing great you're doing great so this is learning Castle which it goes back to 1200s yep she's ancient and there's a rock here that's known for when you kiss it you get The Gift of Gab you know skills of flattery yeah we decided we already talked we already talked way too much we talk too much I need to shut up so we all need to kiss at least I don't need to kiss it road trip with a lot of chica so we both flew into Dublin yesterday rented this car take it for the first time is driving on the opposite side of the road it's very strange it's an experience almost some accidents but he's crushed it overall rented a car and then immediately drove to corks we were actually in Cork last night which I didn't really Vlog because but it was nice today we have been driving from Cork to Dingle we're stopping halfway I think it's just about halfway in the Killarney I'm not saying that wrong national park because there's a lot of beautiful sights to see on this road we're gonna see bits of the rig of Carrie which is a famous spot here in Ireland to see for natural beauty We're not gonna do the whole Loop just time wise you know we're picking and choosing as we go we're trying to just hit all these like beautiful spots that we've been recommended in this part of Ireland as we go from like destination to destination and I'm so freaking excited to be here beautiful he's been Ireland probably like five times this may be my fifth time we're friends from California Ireland feels so small and doable today is only like three hours of driving where it's like so often just from getting to San Diego to LA in traffic it's three hours yeah we were saying this is like such an incredible trip because it's so peaceful we were doing a bunch of you know Southern European yeah busy town like cities so it's really nice to just kind of like slower Pace focusing on natural beauty long dry we're only here for like five and a half days but we're gonna see as much as we can through road trip on this and of course I'm gonna share all the best instead of Dingle like I messed up I booked the hotel in literally the wrong town like 45 minutes away Jake is just laughing at me he's like it happened we did Focus like days ago and I was really distracted in like a little my bad so we're gonna check out Clint Bay all right hear me out on this so don't come for me if you're light coloring learning a lot more than cork actually so I wish we had booked a spot in Killarney for the night because I thought it was like Lively little town it was Friday evening as we were getting dinner there so it was cute just seeing everybody out about doing their thing yeah I guess we'll see how this hotel is it'll be great I'm excited the sound of comfort and luxury love it we love it Ireland baby where I live they have live music this evening which we they are both of our people big enough big announcement about I am Irish and my great-great-grandparents were born both born in Galway met in Galway fell in love got married and then immigrated to Manhattan New York baby I am Iranian Irish and polish in regards to the mutt that I am I am a second most Irish which is exciting yeah that's actually yeah we're not going to Galway today but we are going to go do the Ring of Carrie which is on the South Southwest Southwest okay the Republic of Ireland yes I'm gonna see some really really beautiful I'm really excited I've never done it before I've been tireling a few times but I've never done the Ring of carries so we got super excited iced coffee cheers this is a win I'm on Monday well over a month two in Europe this can be hard to find in small towns so shout out to Towers Hotel all right let's hit the road hello from a new day we've decided to explore more incredible Scenic Drive in the southwest here that colors so our first one was actually the lunchroom movie travel up this road to a Crossroads and you take a right we're like perfect little steps here so Trot along foreign stop I don't care as always everybody in Ireland is just so nice yeah that's why it's one of my favorites I love y'all hello from a new day coming to you from coming to you from Limerick Ireland a new day more destinations to go we're on a coffee stop first things first and then we're headed to the iconic Cliffs of War so we're on our way to the iconic Cliffs and more which I'm very excited about and also going to a Galway today but it is pouring rain which you know honestly surprised about wall and I you might um pivot a little bit because we want to do what obviously see them when it's not boring and gray and you're like we're not there's not a lot of visibility right now so we might go to the cute little town of doing this I hope the rain is passed by probably on this other side of the road still can be a little anxiety but it's just so weird sitting in this other guy should be driving this this is not a good sign I just lost my drone to the cow fields of Ireland that's me finally giving up no the wind is a lot stronger than I realized and it just took my drone and swept it so far so quickly I have no idea and it would not reconnect I have no idea where it is it's gone it happens onward so I know iron fog and rain that's not going away so we went to we're like is it worth it he's like definitely not don't waste your money you can't see a single thing you want me to see any of the cliffs so we're making the last minute decision to basically just head straight to Galway we saw stunning Cliffs at the Cliffs of Kerry yesterday and maybe we'll try to come back tomorrow I feel like I should be more sad that we're missing this but I feel like we saw insane views with a ring of Carrie and like you truly cannot see really anything right now so this is definitely the best decision uh given the good morning from a mystery day in Galway we have our matching jackets I'm going off very very first impressions as of like just just a minute love going I like it better than I think any of this because we've been so far I haven't been to Dublin yet so give me a second there um it's very rainy today we're gonna get some brunch okay where are we we're currently walking into Trinity College Dublin which is beautiful hello greetings from Dublin we're on the last leg of our pretty much entire country Loop we really set 360 around Ireland now I'm really excited to be heading in Dublin I've always heard a cup just seeing what's going on on the streets kind of being a local sites very chill and how much of an agenda which is kind of Ideal especially after I didn't have traveled so much and we're meeting up with Jacob's
